Team Lead (Developer)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and lead the development team in building, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s software products.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure code quality and project timelines.
• Directly participate in system architecture design, code reviews, and provide optimal technical solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between the technical team and other departments (PM, Product Owner, QA, Design, etc.).
• Participate in performance evaluations and foster a strong technical team culture.

Working Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2–3 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a Team Lead role.
• Proficient in Python for backend development.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, microservices, and databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Logical thinking, proactive, with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
