- When you register or use any CVTot Services, we may collect necessary personal information to identify you, including but not limited to: Full name; Email; Address; Phone number; Date of birth; Personal photos; Education and work experience; Personal interests.

- When you access and use CVTot Services, we may collect the following information:

• + Your job search and application history, including information related to jobs you have applied for or are interested in.

• + Information from skill assessments or personality tests that you participate in.

- CVTot collects and uses your personal information for the following purposes:

• + Service provision: Perform the service functions you have registered for, including account management, job search, applications, and related features.

• + Enhancing user experience: Analyzing user behavior to improve features, providing suitable job suggestions, or customizing content according to your needs.

• + Connecting with employers: Sharing your profile information and job search data with employers when you agree.

• + Identity and qualification verification: Verifying education information, work experience, and related information to ensure the authenticity of candidate profiles.

• + Communication and advertising: Sending notifications related to services, new job opportunities, event information, courses, and related news.

- Additionally, we may use your personal information to:

• + Detect and prevent illegal behavior.

• + Fulfill legal obligations.

• + Improve and develop new services.

b) Scope of information use

- The CVtot e-commerce platform uses information provided by Candidates and Employers for the following activities:

• Identifying users when they participate in posting recruitment information or job searching.

• Assessing the compatibility of Candidates for job positions as well as the reliability of Employers.

• Analyzing resume content to suggest suitable jobs for Candidates.

• Analyzing recruitment content to introduce potential Candidates to employers.

• Performing services as requested by users registered with CVtot.

• Managing and operating services provided on the platform.

• Proactively contacting Candidates and Employers when issues related to service usage arise.

• Optimizing job opportunities for Candidates and providing services tailored to specific needs.

• Verifying educational information stated in Candidates' resumes from relevant educational institutions or professional organizations.

• Processing requests arising during service use, including complaints or reports of violations.

• Receiving, investigating, and resolving user-reported issues related to service usage.

• Monitoring and enhancing quality service provision on the platform.

• Researching and analyzing user behavior to improve services and develop new products.

• Detecting and analyzing fraudulent behaviors, impersonation, scams, or legal violations.

• Protecting user accounts from unauthorized access or intrusions.

• CVtot only uses personal information for identified purposes, supporting and providing services related to transactions on the platform.

• In cases of requests from authorized government agencies such as investigative bodies, prosecutors, courts, etc., CVtot is obligated to provide member information in accordance with legal regulations. Apart from these cases, all personal user information is strictly confidential and only shared with consent from the data owner.

c) Duration of information storage

- Your personal information will be stored throughout the period you use CVTot services and for any legal or business purposes after you stop using the services. After an account is disabled or terminated, CVTot will retain information for a reasonable period for backup, archiving and/or audit purposes as required by law.

- Additionally, if an account remains inactive for 180 consecutive days, we reserve the right to delete your account and related data.

d) Individuals or organizations who may access that information

- Members have the right to check, update, adjust or delete their personal information by logging into their accounts and editing their personal information or requesting CVTot to do so.

- Members have the right to submit complaints about the disclosure of personal information to third parties to the Administration of the CVTot e-commerce platform. When receiving such feedback, CVTot will verify the information and must be responsible for responding with the reason and guiding members on how to restore and secure their information.

- We are committed to protecting your personal information through appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. Sensitive information such as credit card numbers will be encrypted using SSL technology when transmitted over networks.

- However, no security method is absolutely secure. In the event of any security incident, we will notify you immediately and work to resolve the issue.

- We will not use, transfer, provide, or disclose personal information of members to any third party without consent from the member, except in the following cases:

• + Employers: When you choose to share your profile to be searched by employers

• + Service providers: Companies or individuals that CVTot hires to provide related services such as background checks, data analysis, or technical support.

• + Legal authorities: When required by law enforcement agencies or to comply with legal regulations.

• + Related parties in mergers: In case CVTot merges, is acquired, or goes bankrupt, user information may be transferred to the receiving party to continue providing services.

- In all cases, CVTot will require third parties to strictly comply with security regulations and only use information for agreed purposes.
